The purpose of the Introductory Course is for the beginning student to learn some basic moves and etiquette of the school, to become familiar with the instructors and to try it out without making a big commitment.

The lessons are schedule at the student’s convenience and no uniform is required: loose-fitting clothing will do. From the very first lesson the student will learn, and be able to apply, practical methods with which to defend oneself. To schedule your first lesson call (530)378-1169.
